2-Factor Authentication
For security reasons, 2-Factor Authentication must be set up for users accessing the Contractor Portal. Google Authenticator must be downloaded on a mobile device to use 2-Factor Authentication.
Google Authenticator must be downloaded on a mobile device prior to completing these steps.

Log into the Contractor Portal as per normal practice.
Click on the Systems Menu and the select Preferences.
Tick the Enable 2FA Authenitication (Using Google Authenticator) box.
Press the Generate QR button.
The following QR code is ready to scan.
Using your phone - open up the Google Authenticator app.
You can either Add a New Account one of two ways. Select one of the options mentioned below.
Then with your phone scan the QR Code on your screen.
Once you have scanned the QR Code, a code will generate on your phone.
Enter this code into the Enter token field. Press SAVE.
You have now successfully registered for 2-Factor Authentication.
CAUTION - Changing your password once 2-Factor Authentication is enabled, will cause you to set up the 2-Factor Authentication again.


Enter your Username and Password. Login.
You will now be asked to Enter Token.
On your phone - open up your Google Authenticator App. A code will appear on your App
CAUTION - This code is only valid for a few seconds. If the code regenerates make sure to use the new code.
Enter this code in the Enter Token field.Select Submit.
You are now logged in.

Prior to obtaining your new phone you will need to log in as you would normally.
Click on the Systems Menu and the select Preferences.
UnTick the Enable 2FA Authenitication (Using Google Authenticator) box. SAVE.
This will enable you to login without using the 2-Factor Authentication the next time you log in . You will then need to follow the steps in Setting up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) to set up 2-Factor Authentication again using your new phone.

If you don't have access to your phone you will not be able to access Google Authenticator.
You will need to Contact Operations Support on 1300 885 912 (Press 2) for assistance. Ask for your 2-Factor Authentication to be disabled.
You will then be able to log in just using your Username and Password.
When you have access to your phone you are required to set up 2-Factor Authentication again. Depending on whether you have found your lost phone, or if you are using a new phone, will depend on what option to select next.

CAUTION - You will need to remove the previous account from your Google Authenticator
From your phone open up the Google Authenticator App. Swipe Left on the existing Account and select Delete.
Select Remove Account.
Then follow the steps in Setting up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Log into the Contractor Portal as per normal practice.
Click on the Systems Menu and the select Preferences.
CAUTION - You must disable 2FA Authentication prior to changing your password - otherwise you will be locked out of your account. If you are locked out of your account you will need to Contact Operations Support on 1300 885 912 (Press 2) for assistance .
Untick the Enable 2FA Authentication (Using Google Authenticator) field.
Enter your Current Password, New Password, Confirm Password. Press SAVE.
Log out and then Log back in again.
Follow the steps in Setting up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) to set up 2-Factor Authentication again.
